I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend. I can’t believe it’s June already. Summer is just around the corner, so kick it off with a brand new playlist. My summer began last week when I saw The Weeknd. I’m hoping I’ll have more chances this summer to see some of my favorite artists.
Enjoy and may your June be wonderful.
It’s officially been a month since my last post. Oops. Anyway, I’m here now to kind of make up for lost time with your new playlist and a couple of my favorite things at the moment.
Born a Crime by Trevor Noah
Now that spring is upon us, it’s time to break out the pineapples. These piña colada leggings from We the Dreamers are adorable and perfect for sunny days. The leggings are also available in azure agave and feather festival.
I hope May gives you everything you want.
I think you already know where this is going.
The only way I would be pregnant is through immaculate conception. Also, I’m saving myself for my wedding, that is if I ever see the day. Sorry for the heart attack, mom.
All tasteless jokes aside, here’s a new playlist to inspire your next great prank.
Alright, so it’s been a while since I last updated. Three weeks, but who’s counting? Hopefully, you didn’t miss me too much. Anyway, I’m here now and that is all that matters.
It is Ash Wednesday, which means Lent is officially here. This year, I’ve decided to give up sweets. I haven’t been kind to my body in terms of eating and something’s gotta give. 40 days without giving my sweet tooth the satisfaction should do me some good. I ended Fat Tuesday with a pint of Ben & Jerry’s and that’s that.
I also recently found out about 40 Acts, a Lenten generosity challenge, and I decided to sign up for it. Each day, there will be a daily challenge to encourage kindness for others. A simple act of kindness can go a long ways.
It’s the beginning of a new month, which means your new playlist is here. Enjoy.
2017 can slow down anytime now. It is officially February, which means the season of love is now in motion. Actually, every season is for love. Love others. Love yourself. It will make your heart happy and therfore you will live longer. You’re welcome.
Okay, I know it’s not Thursday. It’s tomorrow, so close enough. I’ve been thinking lately that I want to change the title of my blog. It’s a common one and I’d like it to be more original. I don’t know what to call it, so for now, I’ll just leave it blank until I come up with something.
Here’s the 2017 edition of your February playlist. Enjoy, loves.
P.s., if you didn’t catch it, “Seasons of Love” is a referring to the musical, Rent. It’s my favorite and you should check it out.
